Root Cause Analysis

• Root cause analysis is a great tool for identifying the base cause of an incident, enabling the business to put solutions in place that are effective, simple and that won't interrupt other parts of the operation. It is sometimes found through a root cause analysis that the incident has been caused through existing bad practices or behavioural issues that have been passed on by employees.
